President Aquino and the Head of MILF had dialogue in Japan.

Filipino and Japanese diplomatic source uncovered the fact that president Aquino and Murad Ibrahim, the head of Molo Islamic LIberation Front (MILF), an anti-government armed group, had dialogue in a hotel in Narita city, Japan for the first time. The dialogue lasted for an hour or two.
They agreed to enter into peace talks while the Japanese government brokered the dialogue.
