Christiano Ronald Was Puzzled by a TV Host's Strange Behavior

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro, known as Cristiano Ronaldo, is a Portuguese soccer player who currently plays as a forward for Spanish club Real Madrid. Recently he made an appearance on a Japanese TV show where he was apparently confused at the sight of the weird behavior of a Japanese TV host.
At the show, Ronaldo was asked how he got the muscle, and he introduced a special fitness equipment to train your facial muscle. A Japanese TV host who was given the equipment tried it himself as soon as he got the new toy; but the way he uses it obviously annoyed Ronalso in every way, especially his facial expression that remind me of getting high by smoking something illegal.
