WHILL: the next-generation wheelchair developed by Whill Organization, led by Satoshi Sugie, as well as the help from Kanagawa Rehabilitation Center, is a head-phone-shaped attachment for wheelchairs, which is able to senses the directions towards which users lean.   2. Thank you for your comment. Whill is powered by electricity( Li-ion battery), and all users have to do is to attach Whill on the wheels of a wheelchair.
