Not Cool Japan: a Stalker-like Psychopath Was Arrested on Threatening Letter Charge

A psychopath who kept sending threatening letters to events for a particular managa (comic book), Kuroko's Basketball, was finally arrested. With the weird grin on the face, the man revealed his appearance. 
His threatening letters were so pathological that a number of those events were canceled for security. Despite the fact that he claims he has no personal acquaintance with the creator of the managa, he told the investigators that strong jealousy has driven him that mad.
