Forever Baby Whose Age Is 29

With her congenital desease that has prevented her to develop physically and mentally from the 9-month-year-old baby, Maria Audete do Nascimento is not able to walk and to speak despite the fact that she is a 29-year old woman.
If the desease was found earlier, and her family was rich enough to afford for her treatment, she could be grown as a normal woman without any physical imperfection.
