Injection of Taxpayers' Money into TEPCO's Damage Payment

On August 3, a new low to help TEPCO (Tokyo Electronic Power Company) pay for nuclear-power-plants' damages with infusions of public money was established in upper House plenary session. Since the day in when Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plants were melt down, people have aimed their attack at TEPCO as well as the whole concept of the company.
The decision DPJ (Democratic Party of Japan: the administration party), LDP (Liberty-and-Democratic Party) and Koumei Party made caused controversy among taxpayers due to the fact that the nuclear incident was perceived as a human disaster.
Even though TEPCO is one of companies that is crucial to our lives, there seemingly is no way to justify the decision.

Recently, a movie called "Tokyo Nuclear Power Plant" bears a little attention on YouTube. The story centers on the daring Tokyo's Mayer, Tenma, who try to build a nuclear power plant in front of the office of Tokyo Metropolitan Government as well as lets audiences know how risky nuclear powers are in a comical way. 

A dialogue in the movie figures the big argument of it; "Your ignorance lets you approve of everything the government issued," and the thought is relevant to what we are now facing with.  

Despite the fact that Tokyoites claim TEPCO that the incident was a human disaster, the power-plants situated far away from Tokyo, including the ones in Fukushima, have supported their wealthy lives with electricity generated by nuclear powers. To greater or lesser extent, they've reaped the benefit and the hard fact seemingly address the fundamental reason of power-plants' existence.
