In common with those uploaded previously, the latest one recently uploaded bears attention on the Internet. For the first-half, the people taking the video are chatting jokingly as well as don't know what would happen a few minutes later.
By the time the video reached six minutes or so, the situation turned disastrous; the whole city was covered by the sea.
