Migrating to India

Recently, Japanese government announced officially that they will build a smart city in Chennai, India, where five million Japanese people will settle, and the city will be modified to Japanese specialties; the massive project, for which Japanese large farms - Mizuho Corporate bank and JGC (Japan Gasoline Company) will spend four billion yen, will be Japan's first attempt to export its smart-city technology to the foreign land.
With many Japanese super markets and other commerce facilities within the city, it will be totally livable for Japanese residential officials and their family without being disturbed by any culture shock.
